Vinbaren, whose name means “the wine bar,” is an Italian-inspired bar for people who see wine as more than a drink. Eros Teboni, a former winner of the World’s Best Sommelier title, is among the team. The wine list is curated, and new bottles are brought up from the cellar every week. Wine is the focus, with food on the menu alongside it.

The menu takes its roots from Spanish, French and Italian cuisine. It includes cheese and charcuterie, octopus and limoncello sorbet, with choices ranging from savoury dishes to dessert. Large original paintings hang on the walls. The interior is described as elegant and artistic, and designed for long conversations over a glass of wine.

You can have wine with dishes from the menu, or book a tasting led by sommeliers. Tastings include selected wines and expert guidance from the team, and are offered to groups of eight to 16 people. The tasting gives groups a way to explore the wines with guidance from the bar’s team.
