Universeum spreads 11 themed exhibition areas across ten floors. In the Rainforest, plants and animals live in a warm, humid environment; The Wilderness focuses on species from Sweden’s two climate zones. The Ocean area has sharks and fish, while the Reptilarium houses venomous snakes and lizards. Space has 40 stations for exploring the universe. Other areas include Humans, with physical activities and puzzles, and Miniverseum, where younger visitors can learn through play. The centre also runs shows, guided tours and activities. [3]
At the top of the building, Wisdome Gothenburg uses 360-degree visuals and advanced sound across a 443-square-metre projection surface. You can book a screening as part of a Universeum visit or as a separate experience. [1][3]
