Clarion Hotel The Pier has 254 rooms in several categories, a restaurant and three bars, one of them on the rooftop. Its relaxation area has a sauna, showers and a meditation room, and the hotel also has a gym. The facilities give hotel guests options for exercise and relaxation on site. Seven conference rooms can be booked for congresses, meetings and other events. All seven have views of the Göta älv and Gothenburg skyline.

Restaurant Fei is on the hotel’s tenth floor and serves Chinese à la carte food inspired by Chinese and Nordic culinary traditions. A cocktail bar beside the dining room serves Asian drinks, including baijiu, rice wine and Chinese wine. Fei is the hotel’s stated option for a Chinese meal and drinks within the building.
