Antikhallarna is a permanent antiques and collectors’ market in a former bank building. Visit Sweden calls it Scandinavia’s biggest permanent market of this kind. Around ten shops offer tens of thousands of antiques and collectibles, including furniture, porcelain, coins, books and art. Visitors can browse across those categories in one building, then stop at its café for a meal or homemade treat. The listed goods range from furniture and porcelain to collectibles such as coins and books.

The building was commissioned by Skandinaviska Kreditaktiebolaget as a bank palace. Architects Axel and Hjalmar Kumlien designed it in a Neo-Renaissance style inspired by Roman architecture. The bank moved in in 1885, although the building was not fully completed until 1905. Since 1975, it has housed Antikhallarna, a centre for antiques and unique objects.

Latterian, in the same building, serves breakfast and lunch, as well as homemade treats. The café offers vegan and gluten-free options.
