Högbo Trail-Arena has marked running trails from 2.5 to 15 kilometres. They start at Spårcentralen by Sportcentralen and use the same routes and markings as the ski trails in winter. The listed day routes are 2.5, 4, 5, 6.5, 7.5, 8, 10, 12 and 15 kilometres. The 4-kilometre route is marked blue, and the 6.5-kilometre route yellow and white. The venue says there are both flat and hilly trails.

The electrically lit routes are 2.4, 2.9, 4, 6.5 and 7.4 kilometres, and are lit from 06:00 to 22:00. The 2.4-, 2.9-, 4- and 6.5-kilometre lit routes are marked white.

The venue's page says the surface is in poor condition on many stretches after forestry machinery was used to remove fallen trees following storm Johannes. Work to repair vehicle damage is under way. The page asks trail users to wait for clearance from gravel-truck and tractor drivers before passing them. The listed route lengths and markings help visitors choose a trail.
