Jädraås Bike Arena has forest loops for mountain bikes and fatbikes, two gravel routes and mapped routes for road cycling. The trail designers say the forest loops are intended for both beginners and experienced riders. The easier routes are relatively easy to ride, with some challenges; other loops include more technical sections, climbs and tricky stretches.

Many sections of the forest routes are singletrack, or narrow trails. They run across pine heaths, along the Jädraån river, through large forests and sometimes through a village. The two gravel routes can be ridden on a mountain bike, fatbike, gravel bike or ordinary bicycle. The mapped road routes use paved roads that the website describes as being in good condition, with relatively little vehicle traffic. It also says it can offer tips on road-cycling routes.

For the forest trails, the website recommends a mountain bike or fatbike. Guests staying at the venue can use a bike-wash facility, secure bicycle storage and basic bicycle servicing.
