Cross-country skiing in Söderhamn municipality has trails at nine listed areas. Visit Sweden describes the routes as ranging from easier trails to demanding challenges in nature.

Skidspar.se lists four trails at Bergvik, from 1.5 km to 7.5 km; six at Hällmyra, from 1.7 km to 10 km; three at Hömyra, from 1.6 km to 5 km; and two at Norrala, from 1.7 km to 3 km. Söderala has one 2 km trail. Trönö IP has four trails, from 0.3 km to 5.5 km; Vallvik has one 3.8 km trail; Ranbo/Paläck has one 3 km trail; and Mo Bygdegård has one 4.5 km trail. The listed distances run from 0.3 km at Trönö IP to 10 km at Hällmyra.

Some trails are lit at Bergvik, Hällmyra, Hömyra, Norrala, Söderala, Trönö IP and Vallvik. Ranbo/Paläck and Mo Bygdegård list no lighting. The page says a trail report for each area was written more than two weeks ago, so those reports are not recent updates on trail conditions.
