Nordanstigs Kustmuseum is listed in Mellanfjärden, Jättendal, but the available information describes the harbour village and its businesses rather than museum rooms or collections. At the harbour square are a hotel open year-round, Restaurant Sjömärket, a theatre, summer shops and a gallery. A campsite and guest harbour are nearby. Mellanfjärden is described as a fishing village on the Hälsingland coast between Sundsvall and Hudiksvall, with nature and activities for families.

For November, the published restaurant schedule says it is open on Saturdays after the May 15-August 31 season, for a Saturday pub with food. During that summer period, the restaurant’s hours are noon to 9 pm daily and until 11 pm on Saturdays. The theatre hosts music concerts and has seating for 220. The hotel, restaurant and theatre list the same phone number, 070-2021893.

No museum opening hours, admission prices, displays or visit duration are specified. The surrounding venues have different schedules, so contact them before making plans around a museum visit.
