Former Swedbank CEO receives verdict in Court of Appeal

The former Swedbank CEO Birgitte Bonnesen, who is charged with gross fraud and disclosure of insider information, will receive her verdict in the Svea Court of Appeal on Tuesday. Bonnesen was fully acquitted by the Stockholm District Court in January 2023, but the verdict was appealed by the prosecution.
