The Integrity Authority (IMY) has imposed a penalty fee of 37 million kronor on Apoteket, while it has been decided that Apohem will receive a penalty fee of 8 million kronor. This is after the companies transferred sensitive personal data to Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram.
