"Copycab" Company Convicted of Trademark Infringement

The Patent and Market Court in Stockholm has convicted a company of trademark infringement in a dispute with Taxi Stockholm, the taxi company writes in a press release. The smaller company has used signs on its cars that resemble those of Taxi Stockholm, which has misled customers into getting into taxis that imitate the taxi company's trademark, so-called "copycabs".
