Gardell: Bonnesen's verdict may push up CEO salaries
The prison sentence against the former Swedbank CEO Birgitte Bonnesen surprised financier Christer Gardell, co-owner of the activist fund Cevian Capital – one of the Stockholm Stock Exchange's largest owners. Demands for higher executive salaries may be an effect, he believes.
