This much energy drink is okay for young people: 70 milligrams of caffeine a day

Young people under 16 should not drink more than 70 milligrams of caffeine per day, which is about the amount in a small cup of coffee, the Swedish National Food Agency suggests. "We have seen that many parents and teachers are concerned," says toxicologist Sabina Litens Karlsson
