Prehistoric Wasp Used Plant-Like Trap to Capture Prey, Study Reveals
A prehistoric wasp could open its abdomen like a carnivorous plant, and in that way catch hosts to parasitize on. This is shown by a new Danish-Chinese study where amber findings of the new species have been examined.
