Fire Souls Awarded the Swedish Vis Prize

The 2024 recipients of the Swedish Vis Prize are Ingela Karlsson and Bengt-Göte Bengtsson for having continued to inspire and provide a platform for new generations of singers and music lovers over many years. The prize is awarded by the Swedish Ballad Federation in Sweden, which writes in its motivation that "With outstanding dedication, they have, both as organizers and musicians, carried on a tradition of living music and meetings.
