Rock Guitarist Sued After Fatal Traffic Accident

Former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer is being sued after a traffic accident with a fatal outcome. The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday by the daughter of a 47-year-old man who died in March after being hit by a car at a pedestrian crossing in Alhambra, east of Los Angeles, USA.
