USA and China plan emission meeting

The USA and China are drawing up plans for a climate meeting, with the goal of reducing emissions of methane and other gases, in addition to carbon dioxide, says the US climate envoy John Podesta. The announcement comes after talks with his Chinese counterpart Liu Zhenmin and Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Beijing.
