Court sets boundaries for seasonal work

An employer must be able to demonstrate economic capability to employ a seasonal worker in order to obtain a permit from the Migration Agency, according to the Migration Court of Appeal. The assessment of the employer's ability to manage salary costs is part of the financial capability that, according to law, must be assessed prior to permit issuance.
