Abolished customs duties could lower food prices this winter

Ground black pepper, grapefruit, and certain wines are now completely exempt from customs duties under the agreement between Mercosur and the EU. But customers will not see the benefit as lower prices in stores until this winter, according to Karin Brynell, CEO of the Swedish Grocery Trade
