Gang leaders can then have their citizenship revoked

Gang members should be able to have their Swedish citizenship revoked if they commit crimes such as murder, aggravated extortion and kidnapping, government investigators propose. "For us, it is obvious that Sweden should not be a haven for gang members," said Migration Minister Johan Forssell (M).
