Sweden Raises A-Tractor Speed Limit to 45 km/h, Sparking Safety Concerns

Swedish 15-year-olds will be allowed to drive epa-tractors at a speed of 45 kilometers per hour. This can lead to fewer hazardous overtakings – but also entails more risks, according to both the traffic association NTF and the research institute VTI.
