Payments from the Russian-owned, Sundsvall-based aluminum manufacturer Kubal have been stopped by Swedish banks, reports Dagens Industri. The information about the payment problems comes after the Swedish Tax Agency froze SEK 56 million in Kubal's tax account at the beginning of the summer
