Intoxicated person taken into custody at public event.

During an event, security guards take care of a drunk person and subsequently, the police are called. The police patrol makes the same assessment, that the man is not in a state to take care of himself, and takes over the care in accordance with the LOB-law on the care of a drunk person.
The man is made to sober up under the supervision of staff.
