Driver on E45 gets a fine for speeding offence.

Driver on E45 south of Vilhelmina gets a fine for not observing the stop requirement.

16.53 Skellefteå:
At a traffic control on county road 814, Skråmträsk, two drivers get a fine for speeding offence. One of these has their driver's license confiscated.
