Police patrol stops a driver on Gruvlyckan in Karlstad. The driver, a man in his 30s, lacks a license and is therefore suspected of gross unauthorized driving. The man is also suspected of using a false document. The vehicle has been seized in accordance with the Traffic Offenses Act 7§.
