Several people call 112 after a woman behaves irrationally in Hässelby villastad. She walks in the middle of the road so that drivers have to swerve, jumps onto the hood of a car, tips over a walker for an elderly man so that groceries fall out onto the street and throws a bottle at a car. 

The woman then disappears from the area before the police can check her. Reports will be written up for harassment (the tipped over walker) and vandalism (the bottle).
