A man from Östermalm is suspected of stealing electricity from the apartment building he lives in.
A patrol heads to a multi-unit residential building on Östermalm because power cables are entering an apartment from different outlets in the building.
The apartment is inhabited by a man in his 45s. The patrol conducts a search of his apartment and an unknown number of power cables are seized. The man is suspected of unauthorized energy diversion.
