It has been a quiet Saturday night in the county. Below is a selection of incidents we have dealt with
Assault, Borlänge at 02.07
A witness sees a woman being pushed by another person, causing her to fall to the ground in central Borlänge. Police have been on the scene and filed a report of assault. There is no information that the woman, who is in her 30s, needed medical care. At present, there is no suspect in this case.
Other, Ludvika at 02.21
A driver is taken along with a patrol for testing because he, a man in his 20s, tested positive on the police screening instrument when he was stopped and checked in his car in the town centre. After testing, the suspicion of drunk driving is dropped as he tests below the legal limit.
