Police are dispatched to a rural home following a report of a fight.
Near the home, a man is found with injuries to his face, probably caused by a blunt object. The man is awake and able to speak, his other injuries and need for medical care are unknown.
A suspected perpetrator, a woman in her 40s, is found in the home. The woman is arrested, initially suspected of attempted murder. During the night, police continued gathering information and will conduct a forensic examination at the crime scene during the day.
