At around 22.20, police were called to Tannefors in Linköping because a man was acting aggressively towards young people and had an object in his hand. Police arrived at the scene and the man, who is in his 45s, was taken into custody due to intoxication. He is now suspected of violating the Knife Act and weapons offences.

At around 23.40, police were called to a hotel in Norrköping, where an intoxicated person was being unpleasant and refusing to leave. The man, who is in his 25s, was taken into custody by police under the Care of Intoxicated Persons Act. He is also suspected of violating the Knife Act, as he had a sharp object on him.

At around 01, police were called to Gamla torget in Norrköping, where a man was seen spray-painting a cabinet. Thanks to a good description and the direction in which the man had gone, he was found a few minutes later. He is in his 40s and is suspected of criminal damage. He was intoxicated and was therefore taken into custody under the Care of Intoxicated Persons Act. A search revealed that he had narcotics on him, and he is therefore suspected of a narcotics offence of the normal degree.

At around 05.40, police were called to a traffic accident on the E4 at Norsholm, where a passenger car had crashed into the central barrier. The driver was no longer at the scene and had called a recovery service. No one was injured. No crime is suspected.

At 06.20, SOS Alarm was alerted to a traffic accident on County Road 134, a few kilometres south of Kisa in Kinda Municipality. A passenger car had gone off the road into a ditch. The driver was awake and able to speak and had no serious injuries. Police were on their way to the scene to investigate whether a crime had been committed. Conditions at the scene were reported to be very slippery.

What should you bear in mind now that the roads are slippery? Adjust your speed, it is better to arrive late than not at all. Keep your distance from the vehicle in front. And when winter road conditions prevail, make sure you have winter tyres on. For your own sake, and for others.
