Police handled around 40 incidents in the county between 22:00 and 07:00. No serious violent crimes or major incidents have come to the attention of the police.

At around 22:30, police were called to a parking lot in central Eksjö. A man was seen trying to get into a car that did not appear to belong to him, as he was pulling at the doors. The man then walked into the roadway. A person at the scene was concerned about the man and called the police. Police arrived at the scene and found the man, who was intoxicated and taken into custody under the LOB. He is also suspected of minor drug possession, as he had a small amount of drugs on him.

At around 02:00, a passenger car was stopped and checked on the E4 at Torsvik, Jönköping. The driver was stopped because a patrol had observed the car being driven very fast. The driver showed signs of being under the influence of drugs and was taken along by the patrol for testing. Once the testing was complete, the driver, a man in his 20s, was suspected of driving under the influence of drugs and a minor drug offence.
