The two people found injured are a man and a woman, and both have been injured with some form of sharp object.
Life-saving measures were carried out on the woman at the scene, but her life could not be saved and she was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Next of kin to the woman have been notified.
Police are investigating the incident as murder, attempted murder, and aiding and abetting murder.
The injured man is not believed to have life-threatening injuries.
