SOS alarm reports that a work vehicle has run over a person. The work vehicle has been driving at a low speed.

It is unclear if anyone is injured but the police are on the scene to investigate what has happened.

UPDATE at 07.46. The person who was hit, a man in his 60s, is being taken to hospital by ambulance with unclear injuries.

The driver of the work vehicle, a man in his 20s, is considered to be responsible for the accident.
