The electric scooter has been driven by a minor child, who is believed to have been injured in the accident, the severity of which is unclear. The child is initially awake and able to speak, but reports pain in the legs. Patrol on the scene for information gathering.

The child will be taken to the hospital for examination, but is not believed to have sustained any more serious injuries. According to the accident report, the electric scooter is believed to have collided with the truck when it was reversing. There are no suspicions of a crime in connection with the incident.
