A woman in her 18-year-old age was taken to hospital after a traffic accident in central Karlstad in the afternoon.
The woman was hit by a moped while she was crossing Våxnäsgatan on foot. The woman's injuries are not life-threatening. The moped driver is not suspected of any crime.
