Center, woman suspected of harassing man outdoors.

Police are ordered to the center and the woman is found a few minutes later. She is taken into custody with the support of the LOB, the Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons.

The woman is suspected of assault and minor drug offenses. She will be heard later.
