A police patrol tries to stop a vehicle for control at Stensjön. The driver refuses to stop and a pursuit begins. The car drives on old RV 40 towards Kallebäck. During the journey, the car suddenly slows down and the police patrol perceives that something is thrown out of the car.  

A decision to lay a spike strip was made, but the vehicle overturned on Göteborgsvägen in Mölndal before the spike strip could be placed out. 

The vehicle was driven by a man in his 30s. There was also a male and female passenger. All were injured and taken to hospital with unclear injury status. 

Only the driver is suspected of a crime at present: 

Aggravated unlawful driving, Drunk driving. Aggravated carelessness in traffic and causing bodily harm.
