Orrviken, an off-duty police officer is driving behind an A-tractor travelling at approximately 70 km/h.
The A-tractor stops and a police patrol is called to the scene. The driver, a teenage boy, is suspected of illegal driving. The police seize the vehicle. A report is filed.
