A highly intoxicated person was found on the road and posed a danger to themselves as the risk of being hit was significant.
 Due to the impaired condition, the person was taken into custody by the police patrol according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons, and will receive sobering up under the supervision of staff.
