Center, the police are contacted regarding a drunk man who is sitting inside a grocery store.
Police head to the scene and find the man, who is in his 70s. It is assessed that he is too intoxicated to be able to take care of himself. He is taken into custody in accordance with the LOB (Act on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons).
