On national road 55, near Örsundsbro, a police patrol stops and checks a car.

The driver, a man in his 40s, is found to be lacking a driver's license. He is therefore suspected of gross unauthorized driving.

When the police checks the man, it turns out that he has debts to the Enforcement Authority, which thereby makes an inventory of the man's car. The car is seized.
