A free police officer contacts the regional command center due to a male driver in his 50s driving a car despite a lack of driver's license previously.

A patrol is ordered out and stops the driver. The driver shows signs of narcotics influence and is taken in for a body inspection = further sampling.

The analyses from the test results are later shown to determine if he has committed a crime. A report is drawn up regarding driving under the influence of drugs, minor narcotics offense own use, and unauthorized driving.
