During the night, the police were alerted to an address in Östersund's municipality. On the scene, a woman and a man were found, they have been in a relationship for some time. The man is said to have been violent towards the woman and over the past 24 hours prevented her from leaving the apartment. When the man was found, he was also carrying what is suspected to be narcotics. He was arrested, suspected of assault, unlawful detention and minor narcotics offenses. A report was made.
