The police regional command center has handled around 110 cases in Jönköping County between 22.00-07.00. The cases that stand out are:

At 22.59, SOS is alarmed about a traffic accident on county road 134, Rydsnäs, Ydre. A car has collided with an elk. There are three people in the car, all in their 70s. All are awake and able to speak, but are taken to the hospital. A tracker has checked the elk. No crime is suspected.

At 1 o'clock, the police are alerted to Sävsjö due to an assault in an apartment. Several people who know each other have been socializing in the apartment. Some kind of conflict has arisen and blows are said to have been exchanged. A 40-year-old man is now suspected of assault on a 60-year-old man. The 60-year-old man has not been seriously injured.
