According to information from the scene, it is a side collision and there is a total stop for traffic past the scene. Two people are affected, both of whom have gotten out of the vehicles.

Emergency services, ambulance, and police have been alerted to the scene.

UPDATE 11:36 AM Emergency services have arrived and closed the road for traffic in the northbound direction. It may be possible to pass the scene in the southbound direction.

UPDATE 11:50 AM The driver of the car has, awake and able to speak, been taken away by ambulance. The extent of the injuries is unclear.
