Police alarm to Ringsjövägen/Östra Vägen due to a traffic accident. 

According to initial reports, it involves a passenger car that drove off the road and into a roundabout. 

On the scene, a man is found who is suspected of driving the car. The man, who is in his 45s, shows signs of being under the influence of narcotics and will accompany for further blood sampling. 

A report of driving under the influence of narcotics is drawn up.
