The police receive calls about a man throwing glass from his balcony, out towards people outside.

The police have been on the scene and the man, who is in his 30s, is suspected of assault on a man in his 40s who confronted the suspected man when the glasses that were thrown landed near several children.

The suspected man is also suspected of attempted assault due to the thrown glasses.
