Police alarm was called to a traffic accident in Surahammar on Friday evening after a motorcycle with two people crashed.

The driver, a person in their 40s, and a passenger under 10 years old, were traveling on the motorcycle at the time of the accident. Both were taken to hospital for examination, the extent of their injuries unclear.

The driver of the motorcycle blew positively in the police's breathalyzer and a report has been filed regarding gross drunk driving to investigate the accident.
