Witnesses saw three people enter the basement room and then contacted the police.

When the police arrived at the scene, the people had left the room and could be identified a bit from the address. Witnesses had left good descriptions of the people.

The police spoke with all three people on the scene and informed them of the suspicions of crime and released them after questioning.
