Since midnight, a person in Umeå and one in Skellefteå have been taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the detention of intoxicated persons.

01:14 Drunk driving, Umeå
Police are alerted to a traffic accident in the city center. Two vehicles are said to have collided. The man suspected of driving one of the vehicles is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics. He is taken in for a blood test. A report is drawn up regarding, among other things, drunk driving/drugged driving.

02:22 Aggravated threat, Umeå
Police are ordered to Umeå city center due to a man allegedly behaving threateningly towards one or more young men. The man is said to have threatened one of the men and there are also reports of him displaying an object resembling a weapon. 
Police can then arrest the suspect, a 25-year-old man. He is suspected of, among other things, aggravated threat. After questioning, the prosecutor has decided to detain him.
